for making Classic yellow cake with chocolate foresting 

⦁ Using a clear vanilla extract will give a mix box flavor to the cake, but you can also use regular vanilla.

For the Chocolate cake, you are required the following ingredients 
⦁ Flour 2 ¼ cup for all-purpose
⦁ Milk 1 cup (room temperature)
⦁ Baking powder two ¼ tablespoon
⦁ Clear or normal vanilla extract two tablespoon
⦁ Salt ¾ tsp
⦁ Egg 3
⦁ Unsalted butter ¾ cup
⦁ Granulated sugar 1 ½ cup

⦁ Milk (whole at room temp) 2-4 tsp
⦁ Chopped or melt chocolate of good-semi quality 6 oz
⦁ Sugar (powdered) 3 ½ cup 
⦁ Coca powder ½ cup
⦁ Unsalted butter (1 cup)

Method

⦁ Preheat your oven at 350F. Grease and flour two 8″ cake rounds and line with parchment.


⦁ Take a bowl to add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix them well until they did not get combined. Set them aside. 


⦁ Use a stand mixer that is attached with a paddle, put sugar and cream butter on medium-high until they get fluffy. (Approx 2-3 minutes). Lower the speed. Add egg one by one (mix one egg and then add the other one). Now add vanilla and mix it well. 


⦁ Now add milk and flour mixture. Start with flour, adds milk into it, and end with flour. Mix them well to get desired results.


⦁ Bake this material for 35-40 minutes.
